JAM provided three teams across multiple sites simultaneously.  

We created and implemented the COVID-19 safe systems of work while preparing and managing all standard event build documentation for the main and sub-contractors that TUV Nord Certification required.  

JAM created ways of reducing viral transmission in line with the latest daily national and international guidance, research, and best practice. 

Liaison with the onsite contractor management teams to ensure that subcontractors implemented all advised COVID-19 procedures for labor camps and that subcontractor’s COVID-19 risk assessments were of the highest standard.
