We supported the agency for the preproduction of their event and managed the logistics for 22 brand new Bentleys with chauffeurs for 50 VVIP guests across three live days and six venues.

Gathering all 22 cars into a secure location, creating itinerary and planned routes for the movement of the car convoys between each location. Managed all signing in and out, vehicle damages, and returns.

A challenging week with highly tight timelines from the engagement through to the event delivery. Briefing and management of all chauffeurs was challenging given their various levels of experience and a constantly changing schedule.
