The Dar al Zain Festival was a 12,000-person family festival with outdoor entertainment village hosting live music, A-list celebrities, food and children’s activities.
Scope of work
- Providing full health and safety advisory for the during the pre-production, build, live, and breakdown phases of the event.
- Preparation of all necessary event health and safety documentation submitted to the Chief of Police, Al Ain.
- On-site health and safety training to all build and live event crew
- Providing event safety consultancy.
- Liaising with DCT and the event delivery team to ensure the prescribed control measures identified during the risk assessment have been implemented site wide.
- Preparation of emergency planning and tabletop exercises.
