Diriyah Oasis is a giant open-air family entertainment district for all ages. The Diriyah Oasis was created as part of the Diriyah Season of which the UNESCO World Heritage site on the outskirts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia was included.
Scope of work
JAM was tasked with event safety and crowd management planning over a wide area of activity zones including dining areas and fun games zones, such as paint ball and aqua go-karts.
- Provide a team of 15+ consultants for the four-month project.
- Provide health and safety advisory and on-site monitoring for the build, live and dismantle phases.
- Safety management of 80+ contractors with a 1,400+ workforce for build and dismantle.
- Review and submission of all contractors safety documentation.
- Management of sign-off on third-party structures.
- Onsite monitoring for live phase.
