Supporting the Middle East’s largest exhibition for original, high-quality design, incorporating large scale installations, indoor landscape features, bespoke café concepts, inside a 2 x temporary structures joined to form a 160m x 80m space provided by Electra.

Before getting to site, JAM checked all safety documentation and drawings for all stands not being built by the main contractor, also double-checking of marking out before anyone arrived onsite.

Over a two week period, JAM oversaw all exhibitor’s entry to site working closely with G4S on logistics and safe ingress of all oversized feature pieces. A dual H&S and Site Management role for the build and break included running the waste management team.

Having a dual H&S / Site Management role is only possible on smaller sites it enables quick implementations of solutions and dealing with onsite issues, often meaning that issues do not have to be escalated to the Senior Management team but dealt with instantly on the ground level.
