JAM was engaged in this fast-paced event from the pre-production stages.  

Planning included delivery of Construction Phase Plan, Event Safety Management Plan, and COVID-19 Management Plan to ensure the safety of all crew and guests. JAM then delivered a team on the ground from the build, live, and demobilization once the project was moved into sleep mode until next year.  

Over six weeks, four permanent build, internationally renowned restaurants, a café, and a market area were constructed from the ground up in the desert just outside Riyadh.  

The event also hosted the first KSA post-COVID-19 lockdown concert featuring Rabeh Sager and an audience of 1,200 guests.  

In total, the experience was open for two months and is planned to stay in situ for the next few years.
