The inaugural edition of the KSA Founding Day was launched in February of 2022. King Salman announced an official public holiday to commemorate the foundation of the First Saudi State, the Emirate of Diriyah, by Imam Mohammed bin Saud in 1727.

JAM provided a project team of senior management to run all phases of the event, seamlessly integrating into the managing KSA agency. The team managed tight timelines and a 3km long site, including a public audience with King Saud in attendance.

The Founding Day Parade was populated with a cast of over 2,000, more than 200 cameras, 100 horses and four large grandstands situated next to the dam.

Scope of work

Provide a senior project management team that will integrate with the company directors to plan and deliver the Founding Day Parade. JAM’s senior team included:
